Director of Supply Chain Accounting

Location: Las Vegas, NV, US. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary: $122,500–$227,500 per year

What you will do

• Manage general ledger and cost accounting for global integration centers.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Calculate and monitor standard and actual costs in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including the annual standard-cost roll.
• Partner with Engineering and Production on bills of materials, routings, and new product introductions.
• Standardize accounting procedures, improve margins through cost optimization and waste reduction, and strengthen reporting and internal controls.
• Lead four direct reports and advise finance and manufacturing leadership on cost, efficiency, and inventory optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing accounting teams.
• Strong ERP knowledge; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
• US work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship is required.

• CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification.
