Director Finance II (Gaming)

Location: Partial remote option, Las Vegas, Nevada, US

Salary: $200,000–$230,000 annually USD

What you will do

• Lead financial strategy, governance, and performance management for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Establish methodologies for recognizing, validating, timing, and assigning ownership of transformation savings.
• Integrate initiative-level savings and investments into P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Lead weekly financial reporting and act as the primary Finance liaison for the Value Creation Office.
• Track plans, forecasts, and actual results while identifying financial risks, value leakage, and misalignment.
• Prepare executive-ready reporting, financial narratives, insights, and recommendations for senior leaders and sponsors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or transformation finance within a complex, multi-initiative environment.
• Experience integrating cost savings and investments into budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, cash flow, and capital versus operating expense mechanics.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate and present at the executive level.

Nice to have

• CPA, CFA, or MBA.
• Experience with PE-backed portfolio companies or merger integration.
• Experience supporting technology and digital initiatives, including related technology financials and capital or operating spend.
