Salary: $119,000–$221,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and evolve the capital allocation framework and align priorities with product roadmaps, investment proposals, and business outcomes.
• Own investment governance processes and establish effective reviews of investment priorities, portfolio health, and strategic performance.
• Lead portfolio-level analysis, scenario modeling, and strategic evaluations across Product, Technology, Studios, Finance, and enterprise functions.
• Provide financial and strategic counsel on product investments, organizational changes, acquisitions, and transformation programs.
• Present clear options, trade-offs, investment outcomes, and value-creation narratives to executive leadership, the ESC, and the Board.
• Lead a team and partner with Product, Technology, Business Divisions, Finance, Strategy, Corporate Development, and Chief of Staff teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategy, investment analysis, consulting, corporate finance, portfolio management, or decision support.
• Experience developing investment frameworks and executive-level recommendations.
• Strong commercial judgment and the ability to balance strategic objectives with financial outcomes.
• Experience presenting to senior executives and/or Boards.
• Advanced financial modeling, scenario analysis, and portfolio management capabilities.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
