Location: Hybrid in Newark, New Jersey, United States
Salary: $125,000–$130,000 USD annually; bonus eligible

What you will do
- Partner with Corporate Technology Infrastructure leadership on financial planning and decision-making.
- Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and monthly close processes for infrastructure OpEx and CapEx.
- Build financial models for budgeting, headcount planning, cost allocation, depreciation, amortization, and investment analysis.
- Analyze cost drivers across cloud, hardware, software, telecom, labor, maintenance, and managed services.
- Evaluate infrastructure investments, transformation programs, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Improve reporting through dashboards, KPIs, variance analysis, and financial governance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or finance business partnership roles.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and both OpEx and CapEx planning.
- Understanding of technology infrastructure cost structures and capitalization policies.
- Strong Excel and financial systems skills; IBM TM1, Anaplan, Workday, and Power BI experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to communicate financial insights to technology stakeholders and senior leaders; this is an individual contributor role.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI tools and analytics for financial analysis and decision support.
- Experience in a large, matrixed corporate environment, cloud migration, infrastructure transformation, or cost optimization.
- Experience managing data scientists and working with large datasets.
- MBA, CPA, or CFA.
