Operations Intern (AI)

What you will do

• Support high-priority, high-scope projects and help deliver measurable outcomes aligned with company objectives.
• Prepare strategic insights and actionable recommendations for leadership through rigorous data analysis.
• Identify process gaps and drive performance improvements across the business.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution between the executive team and organizational departments.
• Set and track key performance indicators with leadership and identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Progress toward a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent high-impact projects from inception to completion.
• Ability to drive alignment, ensure accountability, and deliver results in a rapidly changing environment.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation, and information-synthesis skills.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Nice to have

• Previous internship experience in high-ownership, high-pressure startup environments.
