Associate Manager, Strategy & Operations

Location: New York, NY; Washington, D.C.; or San Francisco, CA, United States

Salary: $105,400–$155,000 USD annual base salary, plus potential equity grants

What you will do

• Own growth and adoption for priority Commerce Platform projects.
• Build relationships with strategic merchant partners and serve as a key Strategy & Operations contact.
• Develop go-to-market strategies based on product-market fit, value proposition, pricing, and competitive analysis.
• Guide operational and product improvements using merchant feedback and quantitative analysis.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams with Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, Support, Sales, and Account Management.
• Design experiments and evaluate revenue, cost, quality, and operational performance drivers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in finance, management consulting, business operations, business analytics, or a related entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and internal teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to make recommendations in complex, rapidly changing environments.
• Ability to take ownership, create plans from scratch, and drive execution across functions.
• Experience leveraging AI in day-to-day work to accelerate analysis and hypothesis testing.
• Ability to work from one of the listed United States locations: New York, Washington, D.C., or San Francisco.
