Field Service Tech II (iGaming)

Location: Washington Statewide, Washington, United States; field-based work at retailer locations

Salary: $28–$30 per hour USD

What you will do

• Transport, install, remove, maintain, and repair lottery equipment and communication devices at retailer locations.
• Respond to dispatches and travel within an assigned service zone using a company vehicle.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures in the field by replacing failed components, cleaning equipment, and making minor adjustments.
• Communicate with dispatchers and accurately document arrivals, departures, failures, resolutions, and service activity.
• Deliver and track marketing supplies and consumable parts, including paper, ribbons, and betslips.
• Provide basic and remedial training to retailer personnel on equipment procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service and technical repairs.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to correctly perceive colors and work safely with tools, moving parts, and electrical current.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights and in confined spaces, drive for prolonged periods, and lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Employment is contingent on applicable security clearance, reference and background checks, physical examination, and drug testing.
