Lottery Field Service Technician

Location: CA Statewide, California, United States; fieldwork in Stockton, CA

What you will do

• Transport, install, maintain, and organize lottery equipment, replacement parts, tools, and supplies at retailer locations.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures in the field by replacing failed equipment, cleaning components, and making minor adjustments.
• Coordinate with Dispatch and accurately report arrival and departure times, problems, activities, and resolutions.
• Deliver marketing supplies and consumable parts while tracking inventory.
• Provide basic and refresher training to lottery retailers on equipment procedures.
• Complete service and equipment issue reports, including recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• At least one year of technical repair experience.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to perceive colors correctly.
• Ability to climb ladders, lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, drive for prolonged periods, and work with tools, moving parts, and electrical current.
• Ability to work at heights, in close quarters, and in inclement weather during some installations.
