Field Service Technician (ACT) - Atlanta, GA

Location: Atlanta, GA, US; field-based territory covering mostly the northern half of Georgia. Travel approximately 40%–75%, including some overnight travel.

Salary: $34–$42 per hour

What you will do

• Provide on-site and telephone technical support for installation, inspection, repair, calibration, and preventive maintenance of Acute Care Therapies products.
• Respond to emergency service calls and schedule preventive maintenance visits in line with service agreements.
• Document service activities and maintain equipment, spare parts, loaners, and test inventory.
• Communicate with customers, regional service teams, Technical Support, and Field Sales.
• Maintain service contracts and help identify opportunities for contract renewals and new service agreements.
• Follow company policies, safety requirements, regulatory standards, and service procedures.

Requirements

• Technical proficiency with schematics, system diagrams, and repair or replacement procedures.
• Strong mechanical and electromechanical skills, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and motors.
• Associate of Science degree in electronics, electromechanical technology, biomedical engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent military training or experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in field service, medical device repair, technical repair, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently, organize schedules, think critically, and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Valid driver's license required; travel of approximately 40%–75% is required.
