Software Engineer - Applications (Semiconductor)

Location: Austin, Texas, USA. Travel required: up to 30% domestically or up to 15% internationally.

Base pay: $97,600–$165,900 annually.

What you will do

• Install, upgrade, and provide technical support for hirify.globalrity Defect and KAI products.
• Manage beta programs and product adoption projects at customer sites.
• Support headquarters and local business units in achieving business goals.
• Collaborate across functions on semiconductor process analytics, modeling, simulation, and process-control technologies.

Requirements

• Experience administering Microsoft Windows and working with UNIX/Linux operating systems.
• Experience with cloud-based environments and infrastructure.
• Programming experience in C, C#, Python, or shell scripting.
• Knowledge of Oracle Database administration and PL/SQL development.
• Strong software documentation, problem-solving, analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30% domestically or up to 15% internationally.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global hirify.globalrity Defect.
• Understanding of container technologies and Kubernetes.
• At least two years of Defect System Administration experience.
• Understanding of software development methodologies and system architecture.
