What you will do

• Analyze customer technologies and critical application gaps through solution implementation.
• Lead complex application activities and support application teams.
• Coordinate customer-site beta testing, evaluations, demonstrations, statements of work, and implementation schedules.
• Analyze technical requirements and schedules with customers.
• Define and approve product application support plans for installations.
• Develop, optimize, and transfer new application capabilities and lead customer technical review meetings.

Requirements

• Conceptual and practical expertise in the relevant engineering discipline.
• Basic knowledge of related disciplines and application best practices.
• Ability to solve complex problems using multiple sources of information.
• Ability to explain difficult or sensitive technical information and build consensus.
• Ability to lead small projects and act as a resource for less experienced colleagues.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
