What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of commercial customers in partnership with Relationship Managers.
• Service, deepen, and retain profitable customer relationships while identifying risks and opportunities.
• Own credit quality, risk rating, underwriting quality, portfolio administration, and ongoing monitoring.
• Prepare written credit analyses and present proposed credit actions to senior committees and management.
• Analyze portfolio trends, optimize fees, deposits, and revenue, and participate in special projects.
• Mentor and coach Credit Analysts, junior portfolio managers, and Relationship Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant Commercial Banking experience.
• Ability to interact professionally with senior leadership, clients, and prospects.
• Ability to prioritize work and collaborate across teams.

Nice to have

• Formal credit training.
• In-depth knowledge of credit products, risk assessment, and debt structuring.
