Director - Note Finance PM (Commercial Banking)

What you will do

• Underwrite complex commercial loans according to hirify.global credit policies.
• Monitor an assigned portfolio, identify emerging risks, and manage delinquencies, collateral exceptions, borrowing base requirements, and covenant compliance.
• Administer product renewals and provide timely credit guidance to Relationship Management colleagues.
• Attend client calls and serve as a secondary bank contact for covered clients.
• Research market and industry trends and review or negotiate credit documentation with legal counsel.
• Train and mentor Analyst, Associate, and Associate Director colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of experience in underwriting or commercial banking.
• Strong professionalism and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Nice to have

• Formal credit training.
• Experience in the syndicated loan market.
• Proficiency in S&P Capital IQ.
