Location: Remote within the U.S., with a strong preference for Puerto Rico; travel to clients, stakeholders, and the office in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico is required.
Salary: $81,111β$137,889 per year

What you will do
- Develop contract solutions, project scopes, budget forecasts, schedules, and deliverables with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Develop project work plans and determine resource requirements.
- Manage risk registers, risk management plans, and quality assurance activities.
- Monitor project tasks, expenses, timelines, and deliverables to support on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Maintain project documentation and client communications.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns while coordinating diverse stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 5+ years of project management experience, including 4+ years managing or supervising projects.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Strong organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required for federal contract work.
Nice to have
- Masterβs degree.
- 3+ years of experience with cadastral datasets, orthophotography data management, and related local government and regional applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Project and Excel for budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and goal management.
- Ability to communicate technical and business requirements to technical and non-technical users and support senior leadership.
