Global Service Logistics Planner

Location: Hybrid roles based in Morrisville, North Carolina; San Jose, California; or Wichita, Kansas, United States

Salary: USD 100,300–149,600 annual on-target earnings

What you will do

• Analyze historical shipment and part-usage data to identify failure trends and forecast demand.
• Optimize spare-parts and accessories inventory across global distribution centers and depots while balancing budgets, capacity, and service-level targets.
• Own the end-to-end planning lifecycle for a designated parts portfolio, including New Product Introduction and End of Life phases.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Support, and Global Logistics to align supply-chain strategies with product and business changes.
• Improve forecasting accuracy, depot performance, operational efficiency, and end-to-end service-supply-chain visibility through data analytics and enterprise systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in supply-chain planning, demand forecasting, or aftermarket service logistics.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and Oracle Fusion ERP platforms.
• Experience with Baxter Planning or equivalent advanced supply-chain planning software.
• Advanced data manipulation and visualization skills using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Knowledge of service-parts logistics, reverse logistics, and inventory modeling, including safety stock, EOQ, and reorder points.
