Location: Hybrid role based in Morrisville, North Carolina; San Jose, California; or Wichita, Kansas, United States
Salary: USD 100,300–149,600 annual OTE, consisting of base salary and potential commission.

What you will do
- Forecast demand by analyzing shipment, part-usage, and failure-trend data.
- Develop inventory strategies for spare parts and accessories while balancing budget, depot capacity, and service-level targets.
- Own the end-to-end planning lifecycle for a designated parts portfolio across NPI and EOL phases.
- Coordinate supply-chain strategies with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Support, and Global Logistics.
- Improve forecasting accuracy, depot performance, operational efficiency, and end-to-end service-supply-chain visibility.
- Use enterprise planning systems and analytics platforms to support data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in supply-chain planning, demand forecasting, or aftermarket service logistics.
- Hands-on proficiency with SAP and Oracle Fusion ERP platforms.
- Experience with Baxter Planning or an equivalent advanced supply-chain planning system.
- Advanced data manipulation and visualization skills using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- Knowledge of service-parts logistics, reverse logistics, safety stock, EOQ, and reorder-point modeling.
