Supply Chain Planner (AI/IoT Hardware): Drives end-to-end demand and supply planning for server systems and rack-level product lines with an accent on forecast accuracy, supply–demand balancing, and material liability management. Focus on designing partner networks, negotiating contracts, managing BOM risk, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational readiness and revenue attainment.

What you will do
- Design and scale the L10–L12 partner network for rack and cluster-scale delivery including sourcing and performance management.
- Drive partner/vendor contracts and manage supply chain risk identification and resolution.
- Own monthly demand forecast, lead S&OP, and drive forecast accuracy and bias improvements.
- Translate demand into build plans and schedules; balance supply, inventory, and revenue attainment.
- Lead material management, alternate sourcing, and contractual material liability negotiations.
- Manage RMA flows, field replacement programs, NPI ramp planning, and EOL transitions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, and Operations teams.
Requirements
- Location: Santa Clara, United States (Hybrid work format)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years in demand/supply/material planning.
- Strong knowledge of S&OP/IBP, BOM structures, and manufacturing flows.
- Experience with alternate sourcing and material liability negotiation.
- Proficiency with planning systems such as SAP IBP, Oracle, Kinaxis, o9, Anaplan, or equivalent; advanced Excel skills.
