Supply Planner

Location: Hybrid role based in Dublin, Ohio, United States

What you will do

• Coordinate and optimize inventory planning and procurement costs for an assigned SKU portfolio.
• Balance inventory targets, customer service levels, forecast accuracy, and safety stock requirements.
• Resolve supply issues and support efficient delivery of inventory, service, and cost objectives.
• Use MRP and other planning tools to review inventory projections, supply-demand summaries, and exception reports.
• Optimize purchasing options and loads, including product consolidation and pre-ordering to reduce costs.
• Track supply chain metrics, reconcile performance against targets, and conduct supplier performance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, supply chain or operations, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Strong Excel skills, including data manipulation, graphs, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to improve processes and perform root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of integrated planning software is highly desirable.
• SAP experience is preferred.
