EMEA Demand Planner – Consumer Business (Supply Chain/Forecasting): Building and standardizing a transparent 19–24-month rolling demand forecasting process for Goodyear’s consumer business with an accent on machine learning forecasts, market insights, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on analyzing forecast performance, identifying root causes of variances, and driving corrective actions to improve forecast accuracy and supply planning.

Location: LU LUX Regional Office, hybrid

What you will do

  • Lead and continuously improve the standardized, transparent, and documented demand planning process.
  • Develop and maintain a fact-based 19–24-month rolling forecast using machine learning forecasts, market data, customer trends, and business insights.
  • Partner with Sales Operations and stakeholders to gather, challenge, align, and sign off monthly market and hub forecasts.
  • Monitor forecast performance and KPIs, investigate variances and root causes, and drive corrective actions.
  • Serve as the demand planning and forecasting expert for the assigned business area.
  • Facilitate collaboration across Sales Operations, Product Marketing, Market Research Intelligence, and Supply Planning while implementing process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain, or a related environment.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including knowledge of forecasting models, statistical methods, and demand planning principles.
  • Business acumen and the ability to translate market, customer, and business insights into actionable forecasts.
  • Experience with supply chain processes and tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP APO DP, EDW, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Fluent English is required. Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment is also expected.
