What you will do
- Develop detailed weekly production plans for Pre-Pack and Final Pack lines, optimizing SKU change-overs.
- Align production schedules with shipment plans and factory calendars to meet Company KPIs.
- Monitor hourly and shift-based output to ensure adherence to the load plan.
- Manage and balance manpower resources and machine utilization across different departments.
- Maintain warehouse capacity stability through short-term planning (2-3 week horizon).
- Coordinate with Materials Planning to resolve shortages and adjust plans based on supplier delivery dates.
Requirements
- Degree from a College or University.
- At least 1 year of experience in production planning and inventory analysis.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (specifically Excel).
- Availability and experience working in shifts.
- English proficiency (speaking and writing) for professional planning communications.
