Maintenance Mechanic (Manufacturing)

Location: Houston, Texas, USA; On-Site. Monday–Friday, 3rd shift.

Salary: $28.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience.

What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.
• Respond to breakdowns, restore operations, and help minimize production downtime.
• Inspect equipment and document maintenance activities.
• Read technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.
• Support installation, startup, and reliability improvements for manufacturing equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and troubleshooting documentation.
• Proficiency with standard maintenance tools and equipment.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Technical degree or vocational training in maintenance.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Certification in industrial maintenance, welding, or a related discipline.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting or automated production systems.
