What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machining centers, robotic assembly systems, PLC-controlled equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, testing equipment, and paint shop systems.
• Monitor operating parameters, inspect equipment, and maintain detailed records in computerized maintenance management systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control-system failures.
• Support manufacturing engineering teams with site layout planning, equipment relocation, and integration of new equipment into production lines.
• Participate in repair reviews and continuous-improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve mean time between failures.
• Follow safety protocols, maintain an organized work area, and support Total Productive Maintenance initiatives.

Requirements

• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States is required.
• Visa sponsorship or transfer of employment visa sponsorship is not available.
• High school diploma required; a two-year degree in applied sciences is preferred.
• At least three years of proven experience maintaining CNC equipment, including five-axis machines.
• Experience with robotics, PLC programming, CMMS platforms, maintenance documentation, and complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
