Financial Analyst (AI)

Salary: $118,000–$144,000 per year

hirify.global is a fusion power company developing a prototype and pursuing the construction of a commercial fusion power plant for clean electricity generation.

What you will do

• Partner with leaders across People, IT, Marketing, Security, Facilities, and other Business Operations functions.
• Own departmental budgets, forecasts, financial models, and planning processes.
• Prepare projections, variance analysis, financial reporting, and actionable business insights.
• Manage departmental operating expenses, capital expenditures, and P&Ls while identifying risks and opportunities.
• Develop KPI reporting with BI platforms and AI finance tools to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Use Excel, ERP systems, SQL, BI platforms, and AI tools to improve reporting and support new financial technologies.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis in technology, manufacturing, robotics, energy, or a similar high-growth environment.
• Experience owning budgets, forecasts, financial models, and variance analysis, with a strong understanding of financial statements.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Proficiency with Power BI or Tableau and practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or Cohere.
• Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, or SAP.
• Experience with SQL.
