HR Business Partner I-Temporary

Location: Onsite in Alameda, California, United States

Salary: $136,000–$172,000 annual base pay, plus potential benefits, perks, equity, and bonuses.

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with leaders and employees in assigned Technology & Research business units.
• Develop and execute recruiting and retention strategies.
• Lead performance reviews, talent calibrations, and promotion processes.
• Resolve complex employee relations matters while minimizing legal risks and maintaining compliance.
• Hire, coach, and support employees through feedback, challenge resolution, and recognition.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience.
• Working knowledge of compensation, employee relations, and performance management.
• Experience with Google Suite, ADP WorkforceNow, Greenhouse, Lattice, and other HR business applications.
• Strong data analytics and visualization skills.
• Experience building and presenting executive-level presentations.
• Ability to work onsite in a fixed location and remain stationary for extended periods.
