Senior Manager or Director, People

Location: Remote, US

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Partner with executive leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead performance management, talent reviews, compensation planning, career development, and other company-wide People programs.
• Build and optimize scalable People systems and processes using data, HRIS capabilities, AI, and automation.
• Develop manager enablement programs and coach leaders through employee relations, performance discussions, organizational change, and leadership challenges.
• Lead internal communications for People programs and cross-functional initiatives, including company off-sites.
• Analyze People metrics, maintain compliance documentation, and mentor members of the People team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in People-focused roles at high-growth technology companies.
• Strong HR Operations, HR Business Partner, or related experience, including executive coaching and influencing senior leaders.
• Experience leading performance management, compensation, organizational design, and leadership development initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, influencing skills, business judgment, and project management ability.
• Comfort working through ambiguity, building programs from the ground up, and managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, People data management, analytics, process improvement, and automation.
