HR Business Partner (HRBP) (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Occasional travel may be required for meetings or site visits.

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Partner with clinical leaders and Clinical Operations on strategic HR priorities and organizational performance.
• Advise managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, talent management, performance goals, coaching, and feedback.
• Administer clinical compensation adjustments, bonus payments, promotions, and reporting-line changes with HR Operations and Payroll.
• Track employee relations documentation and analyze trends in performance, retention, compensation, and engagement.
• Coordinate workplace accommodation requests between HR Operations and clinical leadership.
• Partner with Learning & Development on clinical onboarding, exit interviews, offboarding, and retention initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience in an HR business partnership role.
• Experience with performance tracking, exit interviews, retention strategies, reasonable accommodations, and HR best practices.
• Proficiency with ADP, HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
