Senior People Operations Business Partner

Location: Seattle, Washington; expected to work from the Seattle offices

Base salary: $119,520–$179,280 per year, plus bonus plans.

What you will do

• Partner with executives, senior leaders, and frontline managers on people and organizational needs.
• Coach managers and support the development of management talent.
• Operate talent assessment, performance evaluation, talent development, talent movement, and workforce planning programs.
• Steward compensation planning, compensation programs, and high-judgment compensation decisions.
• Oversee compliance, employment law, policies, employee relations, and related operational processes.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, communications, program management, and People Operations specialists on talent programs and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of progressive human resources or relevant experience; a relevant advanced degree may substitute for equivalent experience.
• Experience independently identifying needs, designing, implementing, and iterating people and talent programs.
• Strong understanding of people and talent data, metrics, and measurement.
• Experience across multiple human resources functional areas and diverse organizations.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Relevant advanced degree, coursework, certification, or training.
• Experience working with technical or scientific talent.
• Experience mentoring junior HR professionals across functional areas.
