Senior Finance BI Engineer (Power BI)

Location: Remote Kentucky, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $89,000–$121,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Support specialty teams with data analytics and reporting.
• Transform monthly payer financial data into standardized accounting formats.
• Manage relationships with vendors providing specialty care for specific medical conditions.
• Analyze data to solve complex business problems and create visualizations that guide strategic decisions.
• Communicate updates and resolutions to customers, partners, and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 or more years of data analytics experience, or a master’s degree with 3 or more years of experience.
• Advanced SQL query development skills.
• Advanced Power BI report development skills, including DAX, bookmarks, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with healthcare financial data or claims.
• Experience creating analytics solutions across several healthcare sectors.
• Ability to work remotely from Kentucky, maintain a dedicated workspace protecting PHI/HIPAA information, and meet the required internet connectivity standards.
