Senior Data Analyst (Power BI)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid working model with 3 days on site

Salary: Minimum 176,000 PLN annually, plus potential bonus and other incentives.

What you will do

• Develop, optimize, and maintain dashboards and analytics tools using Power BI and Tableau.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and senior leadership stakeholders across Western European markets.
• Gather reporting requirements, deliver dashboard and analytics training, and prepare mockups, reports, presentations, and user guides.
• Build data models and new analytical solutions while improving existing reporting capabilities.
• Analyze data quality and reporting processes, support data governance, and manage documentation and access.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align and integrate data across systems and promote analytics best practices.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
• Experience with Excel and SQL; strong data visualization and dashboard design skills.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience and a university degree in information technology, computer science, economics, econometrics, big data, mathematics, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, business partnering, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient English and Polish required.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong ownership, autonomy, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau Prep, Alteryx, or Python.
• Additional language skills.
