BI & Analytics Manager (Power BI)

Location: Anywhere in the United States; work may be performed from home, an office, or hoteling space as required. Travel is required.

Salary: $110,500–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead delivery of business intelligence, data analytics, and data governance initiatives for service lines and clients.
• Mentor BI analysts and account resources while establishing repeatable development and delivery standards.
• Partner with clients and stakeholders on analytics strategy, priorities, roadmaps, risks, and outcomes.
• Lead BI platform initiatives, including dashboard prototypes, semantic model measures, certified reporting, and self-service analytics.
• Oversee data mapping, assessments, integration requirements, data dictionaries, report inventories, backlogs, and development workflows.
• Improve data automation, standardization, quality, model performance, and analytical product capabilities using modern platforms and AI tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field.
• Experience leading or managing analytics, BI, or data teams.
• Strong client and stakeholder management experience.
• Hands-on experience with business intelligence, data visualization, data mapping, data modeling, and analytics solution design.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work from anywhere in the United States and travel as required.

Nice to have

• Power BI experience, including data modeling and semantic layer design.
• SQL proficiency for data analysis and validation.
• Experience with ETL or data preparation tools such as Alteryx.
• Experience with Databricks or other modern data platforms.
• Experience with BI product teams, analytics platforms, commercial real estate, or portfolio-level data.
