What you will do

• Manage all sales, service, operational, and financial aspects of the branch.
• Lead, coach, develop, recruit, and retain branch colleagues.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and deepen relationships through referrals.
• Drive business development, customer acquisition, calling programs, and community relationships.
• Oversee branch security, risk, regulatory compliance, and operational procedures.
• Monitor performance and use banking technology to identify sales and service opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Previous management experience and a bachelor's degree are preferred.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer and business lending, deposits, sales leadership, customer service, and process management.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, coaching, and colleague-development skills.
• Comfort with mobile services, online banking, and other technology.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available. Additional background checks and fingerprinting may be required under NMLS regulations.
