What you will do

• Hire, train, coach, and develop associates across one or more financial centers.
• Set objectives, conduct performance reviews, and build succession-ready talent.
• Drive financial center sales, service performance, and client relationship growth.
• Develop consumer and small business relationships and lead outreach through calls, meetings, seminars, and events.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, operational planning, and digital self-service adoption.
• Manage risk, fraud mitigation, regulatory compliance, P&L, and operational performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of banking or financial services experience.
• At least 1 year of successful sales experience as an individual contributor or manager.
• Supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, client service, interpersonal, analytical, and financial statement interpretation skills.
• Availability to work financial center hours, including weekends and some evenings, and to travel as needed.
