What you will do

• Hire, train, coach, and motivate associates across one or more financial centers.
• Set objectives, conduct performance reviews, and build succession-ready talent.
• Drive financial center sales and service performance through consultative planning.
• Manage existing client relationships and develop consumer and small-business relationships with businesses up to $1 million in annual revenue.
• Lead outreach through calls, meetings, seminars, and events while promoting digital and self-service channels.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, fraud mitigation, loss prevention, and branch performance analysis.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of banking or financial services experience.
• At least 1 year of successful sales experience as an individual contributor or manager.
• Strong communication, client service, interpersonal, analytical, and financial statement interpretation skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and travel as needed.
• Willingness to work financial center hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Nice to have

• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
