Mid-Atlantic Branch Manager

Location: Fulton, Maryland. US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Salary: $162,800–$223,850 annual base salary, with a 35% incentive.

What you will do

• Manage underwriters and support personnel to maximize gross premium and profitability across the territory.
• Produce and underwrite new and renewal commercial bond business.
• Maintain and expand hirify.global’s commercial surety book of business in the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Build productive relationships with independent agents and brokers.
• Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan for sustainable territory growth.
• Identify and develop underwriting talent while delivering customer-focused service.

Requirements

• Experience with commercial bond or surety underwriting and risk assessment.
• Ability to manage underwriting and support teams.
• Strong judgment in evaluating risk and cultivating a profitable book of business.
• Ability to develop relationships with agents, brokers, and customers.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
