Senior AI Architect – Senior Manager (AI)

Salary: $140,000–$200,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead enterprise AI transformation initiatives from opportunity discovery through implementation and measurable adoption.
• Design and build AI-enabled workflows, agent systems, and automation for business process improvement and decision support.
• Develop scalable AI and data architectures connecting enterprise systems, data platforms, APIs, and analytics workflows.
• Partner with business units including supply chain, eCommerce, marketing, legal, and finance to convert processes into AI-enabled solutions.
• Create capability roadmaps, solution blueprints, prioritization frameworks, implementation plans, and executive progress reports.

Requirements

• 8+ years of combined experience in software engineering, applied AI/ML, data engineering, or enterprise architecture.
• Strong coding skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience building LLM applications or agent systems, including prompt and context engineering, orchestration, and tool-use design.
• Experience with API design, backend services, cloud-native architecture, system integration, testing, and maintainable production code.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into scoped AI and software solutions and communicate technical trade-offs to business and executive stakeholders.
• Experience delivering internal AI applications, workflow automation, or AI-enabled enterprise processes while coordinating concurrent projects and cross-functional contributors.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of supply chain management, sales forecasting, eCommerce, marketing, consumer electronics, appliances, or retail.
• Experience with enterprise ontologies, knowledge bases, RAG pipelines, knowledge graphs, multi-agent orchestration, guardrails, model evaluation, or fine-tuning.
• Fluent bilingual Korean and English proficiency for executive communication and headquarters coordination.
• MBA, technical graduate degree, or equivalent practical experience.
