Consulting Manager - Healthcare (AI)

Location: New York (Grand Central), NY, United States; in-office 4 days per week

Salary: $170,000–$210,000 USD base salary; OTE: $250,000–$290,000

What you will do

• Lead discovery phases, facilitate client workshops, and drive consulting engagements from discovery through execution.
• Deconstruct complex healthcare workflows and identify friction points and improvement opportunities.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into process maps, lightweight prototypes, and platform-based configurations.
• Configure workflows and AI agents directly within the hirify.global platform.
• Own measurable outcomes including speed to value, cost reduction, and platform adoption.
• Produce high-fidelity BRDs and process maps and contribute to reusable delivery playbooks.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in discovery, implementation, process engineering, or technical consulting.
• Provider healthcare industry experience.
• Ability to redesign complex business processes and translate them into actionable platform configurations.
• Strong structured problem-solving, stakeholder facilitation, client expectation management, and executive presence.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms, SaaS products, or automation tools.
• Ability to understand data architectures and integration patterns.
