Growth Strategy Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the New York metropolitan area; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $138,200–$190,100 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Manage analyses and workstreams within high-impact enterprise growth strategy projects.
• Lead interviews and working sessions with Medicare, Medicaid, corporate, and functional leaders.
• Conduct industry, market, competitor, consumer, and financial analysis to identify actionable insights.
• Develop clear strategic deliverables that frame objectives, challenges, findings, and recommendations.
• Shape implementation considerations and support the transition from analysis to execution.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and fellow strategy team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic credentials.
• 4–6+ years of full-time experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate or business unit strategy, or finance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform complex quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build trust with business leaders and work in a collaborative, flexible, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior staff.

Nice to have

• MBA, MPH, PhD, or another graduate degree in management.
• Experience in managed care or healthcare services.
