Growth Strategy Manager (Medicare Advantage)

Location: Remote, New York City metropolitan area; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $138,200–$190,100 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Manage analyses and workstreams within high-profile, high-impact enterprise strategy projects.
• Develop Medicare Advantage enrollment growth strategies and investment optimization frameworks.
• Lead interviews and working sessions with Medicare, Medicaid, corporate, functional, and business-unit leaders.
• Conduct industry, market, competitor, consumer, and financial analysis to identify actionable insights.
• Create clear analyses, deliverables, findings, and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Shape implementation considerations and collaborate with business owners to transition analysis into execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic credentials.
• 4–6+ years of full-time experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate or business-unit strategy, or finance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform complex quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with business leaders.
• Collaborative, flexible, teamwork-oriented approach, including the ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
• Dedicated, interruption-free workspace and internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

Nice to have

• MBA, MPH, PhD, or another graduate degree in a management field.
• Experience in managed care or healthcare services.
