Solution Consultant - Healthcare (VDI)

Location: Boston, MA, USA; hybrid work model with remote work and regular domestic travel to client sites across the USA, plus occasional international travel.

Base salary: $161,250–$180,000 gross per year; total on-target earnings of $215,000–$240,000 with additional commission opportunity.

What you will do

• Serve as a Healthcare and VDI subject matter expert for internal teams, customers, and the broader clinical healthcare market.
• Support sales qualification, solution mapping, technical evaluations, and complex healthcare transactions.
• Demonstrate how hirify.global addresses healthcare initiatives and delivers measurable business and clinical value.
• Partner with End User Computing, IT Security, IT Operations, and IT Service Management stakeholders.
• Lead value-based workshops and represent hirify.global at company events and marketing initiatives.
• Build external thought leadership through healthcare industry engagement and evangelism.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in presales or technical consulting, preferably selling SaaS or cloud solutions to clinical healthcare institutions.
• Hands-on, multi-site expertise with Citrix, AVD, Windows 365, Omnissa Horizon, or Amazon WorkSpaces.
• Experience with multi-hospital systems or academic medical centers, including Epic, Oracle Health, Cerner, imaging workloads, and roaming clinical sessions.
• Ability to troubleshoot the complete delivery path from device and network through gateway, broker, session host, profile, image, and application.
• Experience scoping technical evaluations, defending assumptions, quantifying business problems, and translating performance metrics into clinical impact.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with CMIOs, virtualization architects, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience managing End User Computing or Desktop Services in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of Digital Experience Monitoring or similar end-user experience functions.
