Navigation Solution Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Remote

Base salary: $113,000–$146,000 annually. Compensation depends on geographic location, experience, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Represent hirify.global as a subject matter expert in client engagements, including RFPs, pitch meetings, finalist discussions, and other high-stakes presentations.
• Explain the strategic value of Navigation and Unity solutions to sophisticated healthcare clients and support proposal responses.
• Lead interactive client workshops to identify needs, develop solutions, and propose actionable enhancement plans.
• Design client demos and collaborate with sales support and technical teams to create Unity demos and pitches.
• Develop sales enablement materials and coordinate messaging between product marketing, sales, partnerships, and delivery teams.
• Provide clinical and technical leadership from discovery and solution design through implementation, optimization, and product feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in healthcare, technology, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in Navigation solutions, healthcare IT, or a related role.
• Proven ability to engage and guide sophisticated clients through complex discussions.
• Expertise in Navigation operations and their strategic application to client needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong presentation skills and experience leading client-facing discussions tailored to diverse client needs.
• Analytical and solution-oriented approach with a track record of translating complex requirements into actionable solutions.
• Proactive collection and incorporation of feedback from internal stakeholders.

• Advanced degree.
• Experience with enterprise-level healthcare solutions and interoperability frameworks.
• Familiarity with hirify.global’s product offerings and their approach to client challenges.
• Clinical background, preferably as a Registered Nurse.
