Navigation Solution Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Remote

Base salary: $113,000–$146,000 per year. Compensation depends on geographic location, experience, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Represent hirify.global as a subject matter expert in client interactions, RFPs, pitch meetings, and finalist discussions.
• Lead client workshops to identify needs, develop solutions, and define actionable improvement plans.
• Design client demos and collaborate with sales support and technical teams on Unity demos and pitches.
• Provide clinical and technical insight throughout discovery, solution design, implementation, and optimization.
• Develop sales enablement materials and support marketing, partnerships, and proposals teams.
• Track market dynamics, client needs, product feedback, and emerging technologies in healthcare navigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in healthcare, technology, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 4–8 years of experience in navigation solutions, healthcare IT, or a related field.
• Expertise in navigation operations and applying them strategically to client needs.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical, solution-oriented approach with experience translating complex requirements into actionable solutions.
• Regularly seek and incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise healthcare solutions and interoperability frameworks.
• Familiarity with hirify.global’s products and their application to client challenges.
