Senior Product Manager, Legal Platform (AI)

Salary: $138,000–$203,000 USD base salary per year, with location-based ranges from $138,200 to $203,300

What you will do

• Drive product strategy, vision, execution, and roadmap development for the Legal Platform.
• Build tools that bring attorney-customer interactions on-platform, including web conferencing, privileged workspaces, secure document collaboration, and messaging.
• Research the needs of network attorneys through quantitative and qualitative methods and represent their voice in product decisions.
• Lead ideation, development, experimentation, and launch of platform products.
• Define and analyze product metrics, prioritize features using data and business insight, and report on revenue implications.
• Collaborate with Design, User Experience, Engineering, QA, and Content teams while evaluating the marketplace and competitive environment.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of software product development experience.
• At least 4 years of product management experience with SaaS products in productivity, project management, collaboration, or workflow domains.
• Strong product judgment, business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, ownership, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to prioritize products and features based on customer needs, data, business impact, and product vision.

Nice to have

• Experience building or launching products that use agentic AI systems.
• Experience in the legal technology industry.
• Experience with B2B or B2C SaaS products.
