Product Manager (AI)

Salary: $190,000–$240,000 base salary annually

What you will do

• Own product strategy and the end-to-end application experience for core legal workflows.
• Design conversational workflows for contract review, diligence, compliance analysis, and advisory research.
• Build trust, explainability, traceability, citations, uncertainty indicators, and clear handling of edge cases.
• Shape search, retrieval, knowledge access, and navigation from structured answers to source materials.
• Design human-in-the-loop collaboration, feedback flows, editability, and AI assistance patterns.
• Drive enterprise deployment, adoption, roadmap execution, and metrics covering usage, satisfaction, accuracy, and trust.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience owning complex, user-facing enterprise application suites.
• Experience building AI products in startup environments, including 0-to-1 development and early-stage scaling.
• Proven ability to take products from concept to launch through rapid iteration and customer adoption.
• Strong background in workflow design, usability, and B2B or enterprise user experience.
• Technical fluency for close collaboration with engineering and AI teams and translating capabilities into product requirements.
• Excellent customer empathy, communication, cross-functional leadership, ownership, and accountability.

• Experience in regulated or risk-sensitive domains such as legal, finance, or healthcare.
