Senior Product Manager, Expansion (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $140,800–$176,000 for Tier 2 U.S. locations and $161,900–$202,400 for Tier 1 locations, including San Francisco, New York City, and Seattle; plus annual bonus.

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for customer expansion across seats, usage, add-ons, plans, and sales handoffs.
• Lead team invitation, joining, upgrade request, credit upsell, and monetization experiences.
• Conduct discovery with customers, administrators, and end users to identify friction and growth opportunities.
• Translate insights into product strategies, specifications, prioritized roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Prototype and validate concepts using AI development tools, LLM capabilities, and lightweight experiments.
• Define funnel metrics, align cross-functional stakeholders, and iterate from discovery through launch and optimization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
• 4+ years of product management experience in a SaaS environment, owning products from strategy through optimization.
• Experience identifying revenue opportunities and delivering measurable business impact.
• Strong product judgment, customer discovery, execution, communication, and cross-functional influence skills.
• Technical fluency for collaboration with engineering on performance, reliability, integrations, and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with AI development and prototyping tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or LLM APIs.

Nice to have

• Experience with product-led growth, monetization, billing, pricing, packaging, or expansion experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to build and test working AI-powered prototypes.
