Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: USA - Coppell, Texas. Travel up to 25%; candidates may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the interview process.

What you will do

• Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for one or more AI-powered audit and assurance solutions in the US professional market.
• Translate customer and business needs into scalable technical direction covering APIs, integrations, data services, and platform extensibility.
• Lead discovery through design thinking, behavioral analytics, user research, journey mapping, and Voice of Customer programs.
• Partner with TPMs, engineering, design, operations, and scrum teams on backlog management, sprint planning, releases, and iterative delivery.
• Drive commercialization, including pricing, product-market fit, revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and go-to-market strategies.
• Represent hirify.global in customer advisory councils, webinars, industry events, client roundtables, and analyst briefings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience; a Computer Science or Software Engineering degree is preferred.
• At least five years of product management experience for software products or equivalent combined relevant experience.
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies as a product owner or technical product manager is preferred, with three or more years preferred.
• Three or more years of product management experience with B2B enterprise SaaS software is preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional product execution and use customer feedback, analytics, experimentation, and business metrics to prioritize decisions.
