Salary: $190K–$270K annual base pay, plus potential equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Own developer-facing editorial content, including narrative case studies, integration stories, technical deep dives, and reference architectures.
• Work with Product, Engineering, and DevX technical writing to turn product capabilities into content that supports first integrations.
• Identify customer, partner, and internal stories and develop them into compelling technical narratives.
• Produce integration teardowns and technical explainers for developers and technical founders.
• Publish and distribute content through YouTube, X, the Airwallex website, and the developer hub.
• Improve content sourcing and development through lightweight processes that increase quality and speed.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience creating technical or developer-facing content, such as Developer Relations, Technical Content, or Developer Marketing.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to developers and technical founders.
• Track record of owning content initiatives from opportunity identification through publication.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills with experience creating narrative-driven content.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and drive outcomes with limited structure or resources.

• Experience in fintech, payments, or developer platforms.
• Content that drove measurable developer awareness, inbound interest, or adoption.
• Experience improving content creation or distribution through lightweight processes or frameworks.
