What you will do

• Own developer-facing editorial content, including narrative case studies, integration stories, technical deep dives, and reference architectures.
• Work with Product, Engineering, and the DevX technical writing team to turn product capabilities into content that supports first integrations.
• Identify customer, partner, and internal stories and develop them into compelling content for developers and technical founders.
• Produce integration teardowns and technical explainers that support evaluation and adoption of Airwallex.
• Publish and distribute content across YouTube, X, the Airwallex website, and the developer hub.
• Improve content sourcing and development through lightweight processes that increase quality and speed.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience creating technical or developer-facing content, such as Developer Relations, Technical Content, or Developer Marketing.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to developers and technical founders.
• Experience owning content initiatives from identifying opportunities through publication.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills, including narrative-driven content for developer audiences.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and limited structure or resources.

• Experience in fintech, payments, or developer platforms.
• Experience producing content that drove measurable developer awareness, inbound interest, or adoption.
• Experience improving content creation or distribution through lightweight processes or frameworks.
• Strong cross-functional influence skills and proactive identification of stories and priorities.
