Senior Technical Writer (AI)

Salary: $155,000–$180,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Write developer documentation, technical guides, tutorials, and reference content for engineers, application developers, data scientists, and data integrators.
• Conduct content gap analysis and improve documentation with writers, developers, and product managers.
• Investigate complex technical topics and translate them into clear, practical customer-facing information.
• Manage complex documentation projects while maintaining clarity, consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Communicate project status, conflicts, and resolution plans to management and stakeholders.
• Refine documentation standards, procedures, and tools across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 6+ years of technical writing experience, including developer documentation.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and preferably Jupyter Notebooks.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, natural language model concepts, and reading or writing code examples.
• Experience with the Docs as Code model, Markdown, GitHub, Jenkins, and Agile development environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.
