Senior Technical Educator (Webflow)

Location: San Francisco, United States (hybrid); expected in-office attendance is 5–10 days per month depending on the recording schedule.

Salary: $120,800–$145,000 USD per year, with geographic pay zones and eligibility for a company-wide bonus program.

What you will do

• Build production-quality reference websites and components for hirify.global University courses, tutorials, and live training.
• Shape technical curriculum with instructional designers and video producers.
• Present technical content on camera for tutorials, course lessons, and live sessions.
• Collaborate throughout pre-production, filming, and review to create effective learning experiences.
• Review educational content as the technical subject matter expert and keep the technical library current.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to prepare education for upcoming platform launches.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical education, web development, and design.
• Fluency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and using AI to write, review, and refine code.
• Expert-level hirify.global and web development skills, supported by a portfolio of websites and components.
• Experience teaching technical concepts through video, documentation, courses, workshops, or community work.
• Ability and willingness to present on camera from an outline or script, in a studio or home setup.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience addressing visual developers, engineers, marketers, and other mixed audiences.
