Area Service Manager (Treasury Management)

Location: Minnetonka, MN, United States; office-based

Salary: $77,000–$154,000 USD annually, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage commercial and treasury management customer onboarding across a large, multi-region area.
• Direct daily activities across sites and teams, ensuring accurate and timely onboarding and completion of customer service requests.
• Own complex or high-visibility onboardings and customer issues, escalating to senior leadership when needed.
• Lead managers and staff through coaching, training, talent development, and performance supervision.
• Partner with Sales and other departments to strengthen customer relationships, coordinate cross-sell opportunities, and improve client experience.
• Establish policies, procedures, and technology improvements while monitoring productivity, area performance, and SLA adherence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of Treasury Management experience.
• At least 3 years of management experience, including coaching and talent development.
• At least 3 years of client services experience with commercial clients.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in an office-based role in Minnetonka, Minnesota.

• Experience in commercial lending, banking, or treasury management.
