Area Customer Experience Specialist - Plymouth, MN (Banking)

Location: Plymouth, MN; office-based with travel between local branch locations.

Salary: $22–23 per hour

What you will do

• Provide coverage across multiple branches and support customer transactions and servicing needs.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Process transactions accurately, maintain cash controls, and balance daily.
• Resolve customer issues and educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking.
• Support branch colleagues and provide consistent customer experiences across changing locations.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and branch banking experience.
• Reliable transportation and dependability when traveling between multiple branches.
• Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Huntington does not sponsor immigration benefits or work authorization.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Cash-handling experience and knowledge of banking, sales, investments, lending, or customer service.
• Notary license.
• Military experience in administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar roles.
