Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Freight Finance)

Salary: $19.62–$27.48 per hour

What you will do

• Provide customer service through phone, email, and written communication.
• Review and correct funding submissions and verify freight load details with debtors.
• Recommend invoice approvals, holds, or denials according to verification results and risk management protocols.
• Review accounts receivable reports and resolve disputes or open credits.
• Train and support clients on company processes and systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues while protecting confidential client information.

Requirements

• Bilingual Serbian/Macedonian or Russian communication skills are required.
• At least one year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, or four years of proven customer service experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain service quality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
