Move Money Asset Transfer Specialist (Fintech)

Location: On-site in Westlake, TX; Omaha, NE; Phoenix, AZ; or El Paso, TX

Salary: USD $22.60–$31.73 per hour, plus bonus or incentive opportunities

hirify.global provides investment and financial services, supporting clients through brokerage operations, money movement, and asset transfers.

What you will do

• Review and process money movement requests, including check requests, check deposits, ACAT transfers, and domestic and international wires.
• Evaluate transaction risk and escalate issues appropriately in a high-risk operating environment.
• Support internal and external clients through inbound and outbound calls, internal chat, email, and inquiry systems.
• Research operational and technical questions, resolve client issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Educate clients, branch partners, and internal partners on products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Manage multiple chat conversations, support business initiatives, and mentor peers.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in client service or operations; brokerage or financial industry experience is preferred.
• Experience handling escalated calls and resolving client issues quickly in a high-risk environment.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent operational, follow-up, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex work.
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of securities-industry regulatory, audit, and compliance policies is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience educating clients and internal partners on financial products and services.
