Salary: $210K–$300K base pay per year, plus potential equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered features and platforms, from ideation through launch and optimization.
• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution while balancing long-term innovation with immediate business needs.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers.
• Build and ship AI/ML-powered products including copilots, agents, chatbots, and recommendation systems.
• Drive Product-Led Growth initiatives such as in-product nudges, rewards, cross-sell systems, lifecycle automation, and experimentation.
• Partner with engineering, data science, design, compliance, operations, customer support, and commercial teams to launch secure products across regions and languages.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience owning complex, multi-surface products end to end.
• Experience building 0→1 or early-stage products in ambiguous environments with a strong builder mindset.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI/LLM-powered products, including understanding how ML systems are trained, evaluated, deployed, and monitored.
• Strong analytical skills using dashboards, SQL, or product analytics tools, with experience running experiments such as A/B tests.
• Ability to align engineering, data, design, operations, customer success, and go-to-market stakeholders around strategy and execution.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, treasury, cards, or B2B financial operations.
• Experience with growth, lifecycle, or Product-Led Growth products.
• Technical background in AI/ML, data science, or engineering.
• Experience building customer service and support automation.
• Experience launching products across multiple regions and languages.
