TL;DR
Product Lead, AI Growth (Fintech/AI): Define and drive AI-powered product strategy, roadmaps, and execution across global payments, treasury, cards, and B2B financial operations with an accent on product-led growth, intelligent automation, and responsible AI. Focus on building AI/ML products such as copilots, agents, chatbots, and recommendation systems, launching them across regions and languages, and improving adoption, retention, and operational efficiency.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered products and platforms from ideation through launch and optimization.
- Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution while mentoring and leading product managers.
- Build and ship AI/ML products including copilots, agents, chatbots, recommendation systems, and customer-support automation.
- Drive product-led growth through in-product nudges, rewards, cross-sell systems, lifecycle automation, and experimentation.
- Partner with engineering, data science, design, compliance, operations, customer success, and commercial teams.
- Launch scalable products across multiple regions and languages while ensuring market fit, transparency, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience owning complex, multi-surface products end to end.
- Experience with 0-to-1 or early-stage products in high-ambiguity environments and a strong builder mindset.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping AI/LLM-powered products, with technical fluency in ML training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Data-driven growth experience using dashboards, SQL or product analytics tools, and A/B testing.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to align engineering, data, design, operations, customer success, and go-to-market partners.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, payments, treasury, cards, or B2B financial operations.
- Experience with growth, lifecycle, product-led growth, or customer-support automation products.
- Technical background in AI/ML, data science, or engineering.
- Experience launching products across multiple regions and languages.
